2. Can I get free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples for stock items. You only need to pay the shipping fee.
3. What are the custom sample fees and refund policies?
OEM: We only charge a logo fee.
ODM: We charge for molds and materials.
Refunds: Sample fees are refunded if your bulk order reaches 3,000 pieces (existing molds) or 5,000–10,000 pieces (ODM/new molds).
4. What are the lead times for samples and bulk orders?
OEM: 7–10 days for samples; 14–20 days for bulk orders.
ODM: 30 days for samples; 15–25 days for bulk orders.
