The MOQ is 500 pieces per design. This is because screen printing and heat transfer require coordination with our sub-suppliers, and each design requires a basic minimum quantity to start production.

We do support trial orders. However, if your customization requirements are complex, we suggest simplifying them to meet the requirements for a trial order.

Depending on the complexity of the texture, the MOQ for a single color is between 1,000 and 3,000 pieces. Due to the time required to set up and adjust the machines, we cannot achieve mass production with smaller quantities.

Please note that the locking mechanisms are different for straps with and without ratchets. Because the “teeth” of locking structures are not the same, they are not interchangeable.

A ratchet buckle can only be used with other ratchet-style fabric belts, and the same applies to non-ratchet styles.
